ShotMaxTM Statistics
| We asked the same player to perform a half-hour free throw shooting drill on two separate occasions using the exact form and rhythm each time: first, shooting without the ShotMaxTM (and no rebounder); and second, shooting with the ShotMaxTM. For each session, we timed the number of throws at both the 15 minute and 30 minute marks. | | The results: | | | With ShotMaxTM | Without ShotMaxTM | | 15 min. | 98 free throws | 77 free throws | | 30 min. | 192 free throws | 143 free throws | In general, these numbers would indicate a "one third again" improvement in number of shots taken. This means that at a dedicated, individual practice "station" with 4 players rotating in, 4 players can shoot the same number of free throws in the time it would take 3 players shooting without a ShotMaxTM. |
